VIDEO INTRODUCTION

Module 1: Foundation

If you want to build a successful business then you need to start with the mindset of a business owner. This is someone who owns a business but never works in it. Basically the business should sustain itself and grow whether the business owner is helping out or sitting on the beach drinking cocktails.

I‘m a very hard worker and I believe for you to be in business for yourself you are probably exactly the same way. However our business will never grow beyond us until we get out the way and let it happen. Again we need to stop working IN our business and start working ON it.

Before we find the steps-by-step process that will help you get the chaos out of your organization, we will look at what the great organizations in the Snow and Landscaping Industries know.

Module 2: Support Systems

One of the areas that the majority of business have trouble with is what happens after the client signs a contract.

In short… how do you ensure the work gets done correctly and you get paid?

  • What happens to the information about the job?
  • How does the information get stored?
  • Where does the information go?
  • What information goes to Production?
  • What information goes to Accounting?

Module 3: Production Management

Imagine walking into the office knowing that your crews all know what they’re doing for the week… let alone the day. They have a place where they can go to put their work and pick up the information for the upcoming jobs. No longer are you hounded by questions because everything is available to them.

They now have one crew with one truck, one set of equipment and tools that are their own. They even know where to put their lunch bag and aren’t constantly caught off guard by changing plans.

Your Production Systems are what help you deliver the work to the client on time and in a profitable fashion.

Module 4: Work Order Flow

This summary is the last module of the Snow Intensive and here is where the Production Department will be working and collaborating with the Accounting Department.

The integration of the departments happens between Production and Accounting and also happens between Sales and Accounting.

  • Accounting is integrated with Production by preparing and generating all paperwork needed for Production pre snow event.
  • Production is integrated with Accounting by collecting all paperwork from the crews and dispatcher.  Production also verifies the paperwork before submitting the complete snow event packet to Accounting.
  • Sales is integrated with Accounting by giving the billing information to Accounting.   Accounting completes the invoicing with Sale’s billing information and it’s integration with Productions work order summaries.

Extra Bonus

Within this section you will find the information on how to connect to the Q&A calls,  etc.
